You’re officially booked onto The Milspo Retreat. Thank you for backing this pilot so early – it means a lot, and I can’t wait to spend two days working on your business with you.

Here’s what you’ve booked:

• The Milspo Retreat – Single Occupancy
• Thursday 12 – Friday 13 November 2026
• Fairlawn House, 42 High Street, Amesbury, Wiltshire, SP4 7DL
• We start at 10:00 on the Thursday and finish by 16:00 on the Friday

Everything is included - your ensuite room, all meals (including the private chef dinner), four strategy workshops, the sound bath, your welcome bag and the pre- and post-retreat accountability programme.

So I can plan your room and brief the chef, please hit reply and let me know:

Your business name and a one-line description of what you do
Your mobile number (for the retreat WhatsApp group)
Any accessibility needs I should know about

What happens next

• Mid-October: a practical email with travel, parking, what to bring and the arrival plan
• Around 5 November: your digital workbook and the link to our group prep call
• 12 November: I’ll see you at Fairlawn House

If you’d like to arrive the afternoon before, the Extended Stay option (£195 for two extra nights including breakfast) is available. Just email us to book that extra.

A note on cancellations

Because this is a subsidised pilot with just 16 places, I’m not able to offer refunds once the venue is paid. If military life throws you a curveball, tell me as soon as you can and I’ll do everything I can to transfer your place to someone on the waitlist.
